For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named GPP
• Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Ghoomo Phiroo Pakistan.
• Goods refer to the items offered for sale or the services rendered or the lucky draw.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us or Participate in Lucky Draw.
• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.

• You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The following Goods cannot be returned or refunded:
• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Purchase of Lucky Draw entries.
Refund Policy
• Even If Company deems fit any refund it will be made to the In App Wallet of the User and Not directly. Until and unless the company deems fit to pay back the amount excluding cancellation orders.
• The people who do not win Lucky Draw will get their amount deposited in the In App Wallet and they can use this amount in upcoming trips only.
Top up amount can never use in lukcydraws.
Luck Draw Conditions
By participating in lucky draw the user Agrees to abide by the Above-mentioned Terms and Conditions and can No way challenge the company in front of any court or law.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without any prior notice or consent.
Luck Draw participation is on Users own will.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
In case of any dispute arising between the parties, the client or clients and company as the case may be, the matter shall be decided through Arbitration within 14 days of arising out of the dispute and in case of failure by either party to not to be in time, the defaulted party deems to be the waiver of its right or rights as the case may be.
The arbitration mentioned above on the notice of any aggrieved party with in prescribed time will be conducted at the head office of the company after the expiry of 14 days but not later than 30 days subject to any force majeure.
The provisions of Arbitration Act shall be applicable in this respect and any party aggrieved of the award of Arbitration can according to the provisions of law ibid can knock at the doors of court of law for making award as rule of court only at the place where the head office of the company is situated
The agreement arrived between the parties shall be deemed to be happened and agreed at the head office of the company irrespective of the fact that any party or parties even reside in any part of Pakistan as the company deals its business and operate from its head office.
The party or parties who participate in deal or deals of the company as the case may be shall be deemed to be the party or patties fully agreed with terms and conditions of the company and no exceptions in this respect will be applicable.
That the above mentioned terms and conditions along with amendments will come into force at once and are Applicable with immediate effects i.e today the October 03, 2023.
